Overview
Login security can be configured by Ops personnel in Bastion Host, including idle timeout and lockdown period, to enhance security.
Directions
1. Log in to the BH console.
2. In the left sidebar, choose System Settings > Login settings.
3. On the Login settings page, click Edit in the upper-right corner and configure the following settings:
Parameter description:
Webpage idle time threshold: Users will be automatically logged out of the system after being idle on the web page for the set timeout duration.
Password error lockout: Users will be locked out after entering an incorrect password a set number of times.
Lockdown period: The duration for which the user remains locked out.
4. After configuring the required settings, click OK to save the changes.
