Scenarios
The Operation Log feature records all active operations performed by users/administrators on AI Gateway resources, providing capabilities for compliance auditing and issue tracing. Through operation logs, you can:
View the resource change history within a specific time range.
Filter operation records by resource type, operator, and operation status.
Trace the details of configuration changes to locate problematic changes.
Download operation records for compliance auditing.
Note:
Only operation records from the last 90 days are retained.
Prerequisites
1. The AI gateway instance has been created and is in a running state.
2. Have the permission to view operation records.
View Operation Records
2. In the instance list, click the name of the target instance to go to its details page.
3. In the left sidebar, select Data Observation and then click the Operation Log Tab.
4. The operation log list displays the following fields:

Resource Type | Type of the operated resource, including |
Status | Result of the operation |
Operation | Specific operation type |
Operator | UIN of the account that performed the operation |
Operation Details | Detailed content of the change (JSON format) |
Operation Time | Time when the operation was performed |
Filtering Operation Records
When there are many operation records, you can use filter criteria to quickly locate target records.
Filtering by Time Range

Last 7 Days | Displays operation records from the last 7 days. |
Last 30 Days | Displays operation records from the last 30 days. |
Custom | Click the calendar icon to select a custom date range. |
Filtering by Resource Type
Click the Resource Type drop-down list and select the resource type you want to view:

Downloading Operation Records
To export operation records for compliance auditing or offline analysis, you can use the download feature.
1. On the Operation Log page, configure the filter criteria (time range/resource type/operator).
2. Click the Download button in the upper-right corner of the page.
3. The system generates and downloads the operation record file.
