Add a default quota policy tab on the quota management page to support configuring a global default quota policy.
Global default quota policy: Configure the enable switch, default quota type, default statistics period, and default quota limit. After saving, only new consumers are affected, and existing consumer quotas remain unaffected.
Automatic allocation for new consumers: When the global policy is enabled, a quota rule is automatically created based on the global policy after a new consumer is created.
Prerequisites
An AI Gateway instance has been created, and the instance status is Running.
At least one consumer has been created.
Operation Steps
Step 1: Entering the Default Quota Policy
2. On the instance list page, click the ID of the gateway instance you want to configure to go to its basic information page.
3. In the left sidebar, select Quota Management.
4. Click Default Quota Policy.
Step 2: Configuring the Default Quota Policy
1. On the Default Quota Policy tab, the following message is displayed:
The default quota policy takes effect only for consumers created after saving, and existing consumer quotas remain unaffected.
After the policy is modified, only consumers created later will adopt the new policy, and automatically allocated quota rules remain unchanged.
After the policy is disabled, automatically allocated quota rules will not be deleted, but new consumers will no longer automatically receive quotas.
2. The current policy status is displayed in a table:

3. Click the Configure Policy button to open the "Configure Default Quota Policy" dialog.
4. Complete the configuration by referring to the following table.

Step 3: Viewing Quota Rules
1. Click the Quota Rules tab to view the full list of quota rules.
2. The quota rules table displays the following columns:

3. Click Create Quota Rule to manually create a quota rule for a specific consumer.
