MCP delivers an AI-powered solution for TRTC Knowledge Query and UI-Integrated Feature Implementation. By configuring MCP in your AI development environment, you can efficiently search real-time audio/video documentation and integrate feature sets directly into your project. MCP supports Web, Android, iOS, Flutter, and additional platforms.
Note:
Starting with MCP 1.6.0, you can query Live, Call, and Room components, Core SDK APIs, as well as WebRTC plugins and native TRTC API features.

Preparing Account and Credentials

Create an application in the Tencent Cloud Console and obtain the following credentials (If you haven't created an application yet, you can try MCP without configuring SDKAppID):

Environment Variables

SDKAPPID: TRTC application ID for real-time audio/video.
SECRETKEY: SecretKey associated with your SDKAppID, used to generate test userSig.

Configuration Validation

After saving your configuration, confirm that tencent-rtc is shown as Connected (green) in your IDE's MCP panel. This indicates successful installation.
