Member review is the entry point for enterprise administrators to approve members who apply to join the enterprise. When users submit join requests through sources such as Tencent Unified Identity (OneID), link invitations, manual addition, batch import, identity source sync (Feishu / WeCom / organization structure sync), and IOA, the requests are aggregated here for administrators to decide individually or in batches: approve (with the option to assign client seats at the same time) or reject.
This document guides you through the following operations:
Learn about the two types of member review statuses and related concepts.
Perform the "approve and assign seats / approve only / reject" operation on pending review requests.
Query and filter reviewed records.
Concept Distinction:
Member review status (managed on this page): the approval flow status of a user joining the enterprise - Pending / Approved / Rejected.
Client authorization status (managed on the Members & Departments page): whether a member has been assigned a WorkBuddy client seat - Authorized / Unauthorized.
Account enablement status (managed on the identity source side, such as OneID): whether the account itself is enabled. If an account is disabled, it cannot be used to log in at all.

Operation Steps

Step 1: Go to the Member Review Page

Log in to the WorkBuddy Enterprise admin console, and go to Member Authorization > Member Review in the left sidebar. Two tabs are provided at the top of the page:
Pending: All join requests that have not yet been processed.
Reviewed: All historical records that have completed approval. You can use the "Review Result" filter to switch between "All Statuses / Approved / Rejected".

Step 2: Process Pending Applications

Switch to the "Pending" Tab. The page displays all pending join requests in a list. The list fields are described as follows:
Field
Description
ID
Unique identifier (uid) of the requesting user.
Name
Name entered by the requesting user or synchronized from the authentication source.
Member source
Channel through which the user submits this join request. For values, see "Member Source Value Description" below.
Inviter
In invitation link or administrator manual invitation scenarios, the inviter's name is displayed here. For other sources, this field is empty.
Application time
Time when the user submits this join request.
Operation
Approval action button in the row. See the description below.
You can choose any of the following methods to complete the review:
1. Individual Review: In the "Operation" column on the right side of the target row, directly click the corresponding button to complete the review.
2. Batch Review: Select the checkboxes on the left side of the list (you can select the checkbox in the header to select all entries on the current page), click the batch operation button in the upper-left corner of the list, and then perform the same action on the selected members in batches. A batch operation triggers a pop-up to confirm the number of selected members, while a single operation takes effect immediately.
3. Search: Use the search box in the upper-right corner of the list to enter an ID or member name to filter requests.
The differences between the three review actions are as follows:
Operation
Review Status
Client Seat
Scenario
Approve and assign a seat.
Passed
Assigned
One-stop process: Allow the member to join the enterprise and immediately assign a client seat to them. The member can then log in to the client and use it normally.
Approve only
Passed
Unassigned
Allow the member to join the enterprise but do not assign a client seat for now. This applies to scenarios where seats are limited and need to be allocated centrally later. You can manually grant authorization on the Members and Departments page later.
Reject
Rejected
-
Do not allow the member to join the enterprise.
Note:
"Approve and Assign Seat" consumes the enterprise's client subscription seats. If the remaining seats are insufficient, go to Subscription & Usage > Subscription Management to expand seats before proceeding.
For batch operations, a pop-up will appear to confirm the number of selected members. Review the details before proceeding. Single operations take effect without a second confirmation.
After the review is successful, a success message will appear in the upper-right corner of the page, and the corresponding pending records will be automatically removed from the list.

Step 3: Query Reviewed Records

Switch to the "Reviewed" Tab to query historical review records. A "Review Result" filter is provided at the top of the page, allowing you to switch between the following views:
All Statuses: This is the default view, showing all records that have completed review.
Approved: Shows only records that have been approved, including both "Approve and Assign Seat" and "Approve Only".
Rejected: Shows only records that have been rejected.
Field descriptions for the reviewed list:
Field
Description
ID
Unique identifier (uid) of the requesting user.
Name
Name of the requesting user.
Member source
Channel through which the user submits a join request. For values, see "Member Source Value Description" below.
Inviter
Name of the member who invited the user (in invitation link or administrator invitation scenarios).
Application time
Time when the user submits the join request.
